David has been snowboarding since 1995, doing seasons in Chamonix, Whistler and LAAX to name a few and competed at the Brits on a number of occasions.
Now, a BASI qualified freestyle coach and the distributer for eleven outerwear, Clast neckwear and Amplifi protection he is still very much involved in the snowboard industry.
David started coaching for the McNab Community camps in 2002 and helped start and coach on the McNab Junior development camps. In 2009 he set up Grounded Freestyle Coaching to carry on the work started by the McNab camps and offer a wider range of courses.
David’s main passion is still snowboarding and if you head to Hemel for a Friday freestyle night, there is a good chance you will see him there. Besides snowboarding other key interests include diet and fitness. For those who are wanting to take the sport more seriously or are just keen to get into good shape can get diet and fitness programs on request.
